Dr. Kannan Prema, works with a passion for enhancing the quality of people’s lives and good health, her rich and varied experience over a period of 11 years, post Master of Chirurgie (MCh) training in Plastic Surgery, she has touched many lives with healing hands and warm heart. Her team of interdisciplinary professionals work together to ensure comprehensive care is delivered and that is why her patients attribute her caring team as a part of their healing. Her motto is compassion, commitment and quality care using the best technology at an affordable cost to enhance people’s lives.
Dr. Kannan Prema became passionate about healing the scars of keloid patients as she had witnessed that the psychological suffering of these patients was more troubling than their pain and discomfort. This has driven her into more exploring to find a complete solution, they have defined protocol for the same with reliable results. The quest for this will continue until she finds complete remission with no relapse.
The loss of a limb can be devastating and is likely to cause significant disruption to many aspects of a person’s life including mobility, occupation, relationships etc., her zeal towards treating diabetic sequalae patients stems from the many successful cases where she treated and saved limbs with cellulitis and by necrotizing infections at an early stage. As advances in stem cell plastic surgery were made, doctor’s special interest grew in rejuvenating acid burn victims as well with stem cells enriched fat graft and combination therapy.
